Hexagonal Boron Nitride for Lubricate

Hexagonal boron nitride powder is a loose, lubricating, easy to moisture absorption white powder, non-toxic, odorless, non-volatile, non-flammable, true density 2.27g/cm³, Mohs hardness 2, low mechanical strength, but higher than graphite. Boron nitride powder has good electrical insulation, thermal conductivity, and chemical resistance. Strong oxidation resistance. It also has good lubricity at high temperatures and is an excellent high-temperature solid lubricant.

Application:

● Release agent for metal molding

● Oils, anti-seize compounds, dielectric greases

● A filler in a variety of resin systems

● Can be suppressed in various shapes which are used as insulation and heat sink components at high temperature, high pressure

● Heat shield material in aerospace industry

● It may be converted into cubic boron nitride (CBN) as hard as diamond under the participation of accelerant

● A filler in cosmetics, non-toxic, lubricious, and has a special luster
